General Legal Requirements

Retailers must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale of handcrafted apothecary goods. This includes accurate labeling, correct product placement, and adherence to all usage language guidelines.

  • No medical claims or health promises
  • No clinical or pharmaceutical terminology
  • No ingredient claims outside approved descriptions
  • No misrepresentation of product intent
  • No relabeling or repackaging

Labeling & Representation

Retailers must display Chaizing Fireflies products exactly as labeled. Labels may not be altered, covered, replaced, or modified in any way.

  • Labels must remain fully visible
  • No covering ingredient lists
  • No altering usage language
  • No adding claims or benefits
  • No removing batch numbers

Usage Language Compliance

Retailers must use approved product descriptions and usage language provided in the Wholesale Hub. This ensures legal compliance and protects the apothecary’s brand identity.

  • Use approved product descriptions only
  • No medical or therapeutic claims
  • No “heals,” “treats,” “cures,” or similar language
  • No dosage‑style wording
