Chaizing Fireflies products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Because of the nature of personal-use apothecary items, our refund policy is intentionally simple, clear, and rooted in safety.
No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Once a product has left our studio, it cannot be returned due to cosmetic safety standards and product purity requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or appears defective, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Please provide:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
