Chaizing Fireflies Nature’s Dispensary operates on a handcrafted, small‑batch production schedule. To maintain quality, consistency, and botanical integrity, all wholesale orders follow the minimums and lead times outlined below.

These expectations ensure that retailers receive fresh preparations, accurate batches, and reliable fulfillment windows throughout the year.

Order Minimums

Minimums are designed to support small‑batch production while giving retailers flexibility in building their inventory.

• Opening Order Minimum: $150
• Reorder Minimum: $100
• Per‑Product Minimum: 3 units per SKU
• Candles: 4 units per scent
• Seasonal Items: Minimums vary by release

Minimums apply to all general wholesale products. Capsaicin products follow separate restricted minimums outlined in the Capsaicin Restricted Wholesale section.

Lead Times

Lead times reflect the handcrafted nature of the apothecary. All products are made fresh, bottled by hand, and prepared in small batches.

• Standard Lead Time: 3–4 business days
• Large Orders: 5–7 business days
• Seasonal Releases: May require additional time
• Backordered Items: Produced immediately upon reorder

Lead times begin once payment is received. Retailers will be notified immediately if any item requires additional production time.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All wholesale orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on weight and destination. Tracking information is provided for every shipment.
