Exhibit B – Authorized Sales Territory

This Exhibit defines the approved territory for Capsaicin sales and outlines restrictions on geographic expansion.

1. Approved Territory

Retailers may sell Capsaicin products only within the territory approved at onboarding.

2. In‑Person Sales

Retailers may sell at brick‑and‑mortar locations and events within their approved region.

3. Online Sales Territory

Retailers may sell through their own website if shipping remains within the approved territory. Cross‑border shipping requires written approval.

4. Territory Restrictions

Retailers may not expand into new states or regions without approval, sell through third‑party fulfillment centers, or ship internationally without authorization.

5. Violations

Unauthorized territory expansion may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges.
