All Chaizing Fireflies products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, most items are eligible for return only if they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original condition
• Reported within the return window

Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement — simply send a photo and your order number.
