Wholesale Terms & Conditions

All wholesale orders follow the guidelines listed in our Wholesale Terms. This includes:

  • Order minimums
  • Lead times & production windows
  • Payment policies
  • Shipping expectations
  • Retailer responsibilities

By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms.

Brand Representation

Retailers must represent Chaizing Fireflies accurately and respectfully. This includes:

  • No relabeling or repackaging
  • No altering product names or scent blends
  • No medical claims or pharmaceutical language
  • No selling on third‑party platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.)

Approved retailers may use brand assets provided in the Wholesale Welcome Packet.

Safety & Compliance

All Chaizing Fireflies products follow cosmetic safety standards. Retailers must adhere to:

  • No ingestion claims
  • No “treats,” “heals,” “fixes,” or medical positioning
  • No use on broken skin or eye area
  • Infant-safe items only in Series 170
  • Pet-safe items only in Series 600

Refunds & Damaged Items

Wholesale orders follow the same safety‑aligned policy as retail:

  • No refunds or returns for change of mind
  • Damaged or defective items reviewed case‑by‑case

Restricted Capsaicin Policy

Retailers carrying capsaicin products must follow the Restricted Capsaicin Policy, including:

  • Signed agreement required
  • No testers or open samples
  • Controlled display rules
  • Botanical‑aligned language only

Violations may result in termination of wholesale access.

Legal Use of Website & Materials

All website content, product descriptions, scent blends, images, and brand language are the intellectual property of Chaizing Fireflies. Retailers may not copy, duplicate, or redistribute materials outside of approved wholesale use.
