Wholesale Partnership Overview

Chaizing Fireflies Nature’s Dispensary is a small‑batch, artisan brand built on slow craft, botanical integrity, and intentional production. Wholesale partnerships are offered to retailers who honor this rhythm and uphold the standards that protect our work, our formulas, and our customers.

These terms outline the expectations, boundaries, and responsibilities required to carry Chaizing Fireflies products.

1. Eligibility & Approval

Wholesale access is granted at the discretion of Chaizing Fireflies. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or discontinue partnerships based on:

• Brand alignment
• Display integrity
• Customer experience
• Safety considerations
• Product category restrictions
• Adherence to these terms

Certain product families — including restricted formulas — require additional approval.

2. Order Minimums

• Opening order: $200
• Reorder minimum: $150
• Seasonal restocks: based on availability and infusion cycles

Orders below minimums will not be processed.

3. Lead Times

All products are crafted in small batches. Lead times average:

• 2–3 weeks for standard wholesale orders
• Longer during seasonal transitions or infusion cycles

Rush orders are considered case‑by‑case but never at the expense of quality.

4. Product Integrity & Packaging

To preserve the identity and safety of our products, retailers agree to:

• No relabeling
• No repackaging
• No private labeling
• No altering product names
• No altering product descriptions
• No decanting into other containers
• No selling in unapproved packaging formats

Products must be sold exactly as provided.

5. Display Requirements

Retailers must:

• Use Chaizing Fireflies labels as provided
• Maintain clean, safe, intentional displays
• Keep restricted products in controlled areas
• Use approved signage or product cards when provided
• Avoid tester formats for products not designed for open sampling

6. Pricing & Discounts

To maintain brand consistency:

• Retailers may not discount Chaizing Fireflies products
• Retailers may not run promotions involving our products
• Retailers may not bundle our products with discounted items
• Retailers may not raise prices beyond the approved range

MSRP must be honored.

7. Sales Channels

Wholesale partners may sell Chaizing Fireflies products:

• In their physical storefront
• At approved in‑person events
• Through their own website (non‑marketplace)

Retailers may not sell our products on:

• Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace
• Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms
• Subscription boxes or third‑party distribution channels

No resale to other vendors.

8. Marketing & Claims

Retailers must use Chaizing Fireflies product language verbatim. Prohibited:

• Medical claims
• Therapeutic claims
• “Treatment” or “healing” language
• Ingredient speculation
• Reformulation suggestions
• Unapproved usage instructions

Approved marketing copy will be provided.

9. Intellectual Property Protection

All formulas, ratios, processes, designs, and product names are proprietary. Retailers may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Duplicate or “recreate” formulas
• Create “inspired by” versions
• Teach or demonstrate our methods
• Share internal product information
• Request formulation details

10. Liability & Customer Safety

Retailers must:

• Provide usage instructions verbatim
• Provide caution language verbatim
• Avoid off‑label recommendations
• Avoid medical positioning
• Ensure products are stored safely
• Ensure products are sold responsibly

Retailers assume responsibility for customer misuse or misrepresentation.

11. Damages, Returns & Adjustments

• Damaged goods may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
• No returns for scent, color, or natural variation
• No returns for seasonal or limited‑batch items
• No returns for restricted products

All adjustments are handled case‑by‑case.

12. Restricted Products

Certain formulas — including the Capsaicin Product Line — require additional approval, controlled distribution, restricted display, restricted marketing, and restricted sales channels. These products are governed by a separate agreement.

13. Termination of Partnership

Chaizing Fireflies reserves the right to terminate wholesale access if terms are violated, product integrity is compromised, unsafe practices occur, brand representation is misaligned, or restricted products are mishandled. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full upon termination.
