Delivery Expectations

Every Chaizing Fireflies order is handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, delivery timelines include both our studio’s processing window and the carrier’s shipping time. Below is a clear breakdown of what to expect.

Small‑Batch Processing Time

All orders require a 3–5 day processing lead time before they ship. This window allows us to pour, cure, wrap, and prepare your apothecary goods with care.

Delivery estimates begin after this processing period.

Carrier Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will travel via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority: 2–4 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–6 business days

Total delivery time is typically: 3–5 days processing + carrier delivery time.

Delivery Scans

Carriers may mark packages “Delivered” a few hours early. If you don’t see your package immediately, check:

  • Porches and side doors
  • Mailbox clusters
  • Garage areas
  • Neighbors or building offices

If Your Package Is Delayed

Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can cause delays. If tracking hasn’t updated in 3–4 days, reach out through our Customer Support page.

If Your Package Is Lost

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or the carrier marks it as lost, we’ll help replace the order or assist with a claim.
