At Chaizing Fireflies, we stand behind our pure ingredients and our commitment to quality. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Because personal care and home fragrance items are intimate, we’ve created a return policy that is fair, clear, and rooted in safety.

1. Standard Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrectly fulfilled

Timeframe: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging (where applicable).

2. Non‑Returnable Items (For Purity & Safety)

For the safety and hygiene of all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• Personal care products (Deodorants, Body Butters, Skin Oils, etc.)
• Candles (once lit)
• Infused oils or tinctures (once the seal is broken)

Why?
Because we specialize in pure, personal‑use products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened. Please review all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

3. Damages, Defects, or Order Errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

How to Report an Issue:

1. Email us immediately at info@chaizingfireflies.com
2. Include your Order Number in the subject line
3. Attach clear photos of:

• The damaged or incorrect item
• The shipping box

Resolution:
Once reviewed, we will cover all costs to ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You do not need to return damaged items.

4. Allergic or Adverse Reactions

Even with pure, natural ingredients, sensitivities can occur.

If you experience an adverse reaction:

• Stop use immediately
• Contact us at info@chaizingfireflies.com within 7 days of noticing the reaction

We will offer a store credit or refund, determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
This exception exists to ensure you feel safe exploring our botanical offerings.

5. Refunds

Once your return or damage claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note:
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damage, defect, or incorrect item).

6. Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not process exchanges.

If you wish to switch a product (such as choosing a different scent), please follow the damaged/incorrect item procedure if applicable, and then place a new order.
