Shipping Policy

At Chaizing Fireflies, we stand behind our pure ingredients and commitment to quality. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that personal care and home fragrance items can be subjective, so we have established a policy that is fair and clear.

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

• Timeframe: Please notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging, where applicable.

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• All personal care products (Deodorants, Body Butters, Skin Oils, etc.).
• All candles (Once lit).
• All infused oils/tinctures (Once the seal is broken).

Why? Since we specialize in pure, personal-use products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened. Please read all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will happily replace the product or issue a full refund.

  1. Please email us immediately at info@chaizingfireflies.com
  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.
  3. Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping box.

• Resolution: Upon review, we will cover all costs to ship you a replacement item or process a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return damaged items.

While we use only pure, natural ingredients, we understand that sensitivities can occur. If you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products:

• Please stop use immediately.
• Contact us at info@chaizingfireflies.com within 7 days of noticing the reaction.
• We will provide a store credit or refund for the item, as determined on a case-by-case basis. This exception is provided to ensure you feel safe trying our pure products.

• Once your return/claim for damage is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damage, defect, or incorrect item).

We generally do not process exchanges due to the nature of our products. If you wish to switch a product (e.g., changing a scent), please follow the damaged item procedure above (if applicable) and place a new order.
