1. The Settlement Protocol
To secure your place on the bench and reserve current botanical inventory, a 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to initiate all wholesale orders. The remaining 50%, plus all associated shipping fees, must be settled in full prior to the final laboratory release and dispatch.
2. Production & Lead Times
Nature’s Dispensary operates on a proprietary 180-Day Slow-Steep Cycle. While we maintain a standing inventory of core Archive Studies, large wholesale requests are subject to current botanical maturity.
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3–5 laboratory days.
- Out-of-Stock/Advanced Orders: Subject to the next infusion release date.
3. Order Minimums
To maintain the integrity of the Archive Series, we require the following:
- Opening Protocol: $200.00 minimum (Mix & Match across available Series).
- Replenishment Orders: $150.00 minimum.
4. Shipping & Laboratory Dispatch
All orders are shipped from our lab in Mansfield, PA. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume and must be paid in advance. Once dispatched, a Laboratory Release Certificate (Tracking) will be issued via email.
5. Professional Usage & Branding
Partners are encouraged to use the provided “The Study” and “The Ritual” signage. Nature’s Dispensary products must be sold in their original laboratory packaging to ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency. Altering or re-labeling preparations is strictly prohibited.
6. Returns & Damages
Due to the botanical nature of our preparations, we do not accept returns. If an archive jar arrives damaged, please submit photographic evidence to the Lead Formulation Partner within 48 hours of delivery for a laboratory credit or replacement.
