Small‑Batch Processing Time
Every product is handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, all orders require a 3–5 day processing lead time before shipping.
This processing window is separate from carrier delivery time.
Shipping Methods
Once your order leaves the studio, it ships using USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size.
- USPS First Class — 3–7 business days (after processing)
- USPS Priority — 2–4 business days (after processing)
- UPS Ground — 3–6 business days (after processing)
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also find it under My Account → Orders.
