All retail orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time may increase during high‑volume periods, seasonal events, or product restocks.

Wholesale orders may require additional lead time depending on order size, product availability, and production schedules. Typical wholesale processing time is 7–21 business days.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the most reliable and cost‑effective option for your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier availability.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically:

• USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority: 2–5 business days
• UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or regional disruptions.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Chaizing Fireflies does not offer international shipping. We may expand international availability in the future.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

6. Shipping Delays

Chaizing Fireflies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

For damaged packages, please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged items

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and determine the best resolution.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded until the package is returned to us.

9. Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders may ship in multiple boxes depending on size and weight. Freight or pallet shipping may be required for large orders. Wholesale shipping rates are calculated separately and may differ from retail rates.
