Return Eligibility

All Chaizing Fireflies products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, most items are eligible for return only if they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original condition
• Reported within the return window

Items that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned due to product integrity and safety standards.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After this window, returns may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please send:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A brief reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all return and replacement costs.

Refunds for Returned Items

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
